Reverse Mortgage is a dynamic industry that has seen dramatic growth year over year since its inception. FirstBank is looking to recruit and hire Reverse Mortgage professionals to oversee the distribution of reverse mortgage products and services to the senior community and work has begun to build its regional network. Our desire is to be the employers of choice for reverse mortgage professionals, while simultaneously setting the industry standard for responsible reverse mortgage lending practices.
As a result of our aggressive expansion program, we are looking for a highly motivated individual in this area, who wants to be part of our winning team. As a Reverse Mortgage Consultant, you will be responsible for the business development and loan production within an exclusive marketing territory. Your daily activities will include meeting with seniors to advise them on how our financial products may meet their financial needs, building a professional referral network, administering your territory's marketing program and making group presentations to financial professionals and senior groups. You will participate in all activities required to bring a loan to closing.
1.Manage the sales opportunities and developing a marketing strategy and for assigned territory. Enact execution of that strategy with support and guidance of Area Manager.
2.Demonstrated ability to fund a minimum of 2 Reverse Mortgage loans per month
3.Produce high quality loans which meet Reverse Mortgage guidelines while providing superior customer service.
4.Soliciting Reverse Mortgages from various sources including Community Outreach Programs, attorneys, healthcare organizations, financial professionals, past customers and other related sources.
5.Developing and maintaining a high degree of respected visibility for FirstBank in the community served.
6.Management and accountability for sales production goals defined by Area Manager
7.Development and successful execution of grass roots marketing plan for submission, review and approval by Area Manager
8.Participate actively and cooperatively in monthly one-one-one with Area Manager and own responsibility for all actionable items identified in those meetings.
9.Management and achievement of personal pipeline production and production goals.
10.Strict adherence to the sales processes and policies and procedures defined by management, legal and compliance
11.Weekly and monthly sales reporting as defined by Area Manager
12. Problem resolution as it relates to the closing and funding of loans
· Prior job experience in the reverse mortgage or related sales industries.
· Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong computer proficiency and experience with contact management software.
· Capable of working from a home based office
