We are currently seeking a
Performance Manager
for Store Operations
DESCRIPTION:
Assist the Area Operations Manager in the overall operation of a 20-30 store market in a fast paced urban retail environment. Responsible for confirming that the store's operations and daily functions are in compliance with Company policies. Monitor and measure store process performance in these categories: Office/Cash Sales, Loss Prevention, Safety, and Personnel Training and Development. Provide on-going training and development of Store Managers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists Area Operations Manager in exceeding operational goals as related to sales, profitability, and expenses through implementation of established programs and processes
Demonstrated strong analytical, organizational, problem solving, and communication skills with all levels of Management.
Provides district leadership and coordinates the execution of daily activities
Provides instruction, training, and direction to the Store Managers to resolve operational problem areas
Evaluates the performance of Store Managers and provides feedback to Area Operations Manager
Assists with New Store Opening process as well as store closings
Demonstrated abilities with Human Resources and Asset Protection issues
Additional projects as assigned

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School/GED; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
3 years store management experience; multi-unit experience a plus
Travel: Up to 25% with occasional overnights

Ability to perform all weekly delivery functions according to company guidelines
