Duties and Responsibilities:
CACI International Inc is looking for a Recruitment Marketing Analyst to support CACI's Recruiting and Assimilation organization. This professional will be a member of the Talent Acquisition Strategies (TAS) team, which develops and implements programs and processes that ensure the best hiring experience for all stakeholders. The TAS team is responsible for multiple recruiting programs, implementing recruitment technologies and marketing to drive hires, onboarding/offboarding, and customer outreach.

Primary responsibilities include the analysis of results and ROI of the team's recruitment marketing efforts, participation in measuring campaign effectiveness, and analyzing brand reach and social media influence; the creation and updating of content for web sites; participation in all areas of social media engagement on various platforms; designing and developing flyers, brochures, recruitment marketing collateral and other marketing materials to communicate CACI's specialized recruiting programs and activities to employees and candidates; maintaining CACI company information on various job boards; performing email marketing campaigns to targeted candidate audiences; print and banner ad development and design; and newsletter production.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Recruitment Marketing & Technology and team to identify new marketing avenues and keep up to date on emerging marketing and communications trends. Will also work closely with other company stakeholders to ensure collaboration and continuity of company messaging.

Typically Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and two to four years of related work experience.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with Photoshop and InDesign a plus
  • Print and online advertising experience will be helpful
  • Sharepoint 2010 experience a plus
