Description bullThe position involves maximizing business growth of the company by advancing opportunities with prospective clients. bullThis person will lead a small team of experienced professional sales and sales support staff in growing our presence in the US marketplace. Deliverables bullSales Marketing strategy plan to achieve targets bullPipeline of opportunities to hit sales target with a conversion of pipeline to sales. bullForecasted revenues which includes the Pipeline bullManaging the Sales Team bullIntelligence on competitors Responsibilities bullPrepare Sales Marketing Strategy for the US market and Increase business according to the strategy bullManaging and growing the team of Sales Representatives across all US territories bullAchieve Sales Quota bullIdentify and evaluate prospective clients bullIncrease Customer base bull Effectively implement the CRM sales database bullDevelop and maintain Sales pipeline bullPrepare and Submit proposalls to prospects bullManage Customer relation and ensure highest customer satisfaction bullDiscuss and negotiate ways and means of settlement of contractual differences, particularly in respect of commercial terms and conditions, during the initial phase of a project bullDocument forecasting process for Sales Reps through Sales Force to consolidate through overall forecast process.
