Trade Manager – Interior Finishing
Develop, coordinate and implement Market and Sales strategies for the Interior Finishing Market Segment in HNA as well as all related aspects pertinent to the efforts and actions of the global business units.
Overall development of market growth as related to HNA strategic targets through the management of development processes and account base coverage and penetration.
Integrate strategies throughout all resources and sales channels (including Account Managers, Hilti Centers, Field Engineers, Fire Protection Specialists, Customer Service Representatives and E-Commerce). In collaboration with the Marketing Operations Group, steer field personnel in the development & implementation of training programs, software, etc. to increase overall application and Market sales knowledge and competencies.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering required; Master's degree preferred
2+ years Direct Sales or Field Engineer experience
2+ years sales/people management or demonstrate 3+ years successful team leadership/indirect management
Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation and relationship building skills
Understanding of market/financial/operational planning
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strategic conceptual skills
Negotiation and partnership development skills
Understanding how products fit into application chain in the trade
