  • Manage and execute sales programs and initiatives for all customer segments (B2C & Small Business) and across all product lines.- Drive improvements in the order support process through new initiatives and collaborating with the contact center on enhancements to the customer experience.- Drive the performance of programs through improvements in existing operations and deploying new value-added services to support sales and the customer experience. - Across each program, ensure that customer satisfaction and revenue attainment goals are achieved (monitor operational metrics: daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly)- Overall program management and insight (Revenue/Cost/Operational KPIs)- Partner with the global Sales and Service team on the deployment and execution of worldwide initiatives - Participate in quarterly & annual planning and business review process.
