DESCRIPTION

Implement internal training and quality assurance initiatives.

DUTIES

Coordinate internal audit process, train Area Directors and State Director in QA processes, review all audit results, and corrective action plans, and audit/assist in implementation of the same.

Troubleshoot areas of concern on behalf of Operations, swiftly addressing issues to bring programs in compliance with policy, contract, standards and/or agreements.

Travel as necessary to agency programs and service areas to assess and audit program risks and opportunities.

Work closely with Area Directors/State Director to communicate risks and opportunities both up and down the chain of command.

Work in conjunction with HR on staff grievances and leads investigation of client grievances and reports results.

Assist with Accreditation in CSI programs.

Provide overall program quality assurance through regular monitoring and auditing to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.

Collect and compile reports for Operations including statistics, outcomes, success rates and other data.

Regularly gathers QA data from supporting software system and other sources to generate reports, trends, and highlights and leads a team through required actions steps.

Assures data quality. Cross compares secondary and tertiary information against electronic and other systems to ensure high data quality.

Generates Working Alliance Inventory reports for all programs.

Monitors and compiles all client and staff survey results.

Facilitate on-site training and on-the-job training to enhance program quality.

Acts a primary liaison with the Training Department to ensure Division needs are met.

Compiles composite reports regarding training for Operations staff and adresses gaps with appropriate Division staff.

Working with Internal Training, IT and IS, develop training tools using multimedia resources to enhance the delivery of training to all levels of staffing throughout the various models.

Maintain a working knowledge of abide by the Agency's programs, policies and procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Master's Degree and three years experience, or a Bachelor's Degree and five years experience in the social service, quality assurance and/or criminal justice field. Multiple model, multiple funder experience preferred. Three years in progressively responsible positions preferred. Supervisory experience a plus. Strong technical skills required.
