Penn Medicine of Woodbury Heights is location at 1006 Mantua Pike in Woodbury Heights, NJ. The practice is seeking an office manager to support the Practice Manager and the Director of Regional Operations in fulfilling the mission of the Clinical Care Associates (CCA) and Penn Medicine. The Office Manager provides operational leadership to the practice assuring the practice maintains a patient/customer focus. The Office Manager assists the Practice Manager and Director of Regional Operations and the Lead Physician in creating a patient and customer focused practice designed to support delivery of the highest quality care, attract and develop a team of highly capable staff; shares a passion for patient and customer centered care; continually develops the Penn Medicine brand; and ensures the financial health and long-term sustainability of the practice. The Office Manager partners with the Practice Manager, Regional Operations Director and the Lead Physician in developing strategic, operating and financial plans to accomplish the CCA/ Penn Medicine mission.
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred for this position. Candidate must have 5 years of Healthcare experience at least 3 years supervisory experience. Experience managing clinical practices is strongly preferred.
Candidates should have excellent communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of third party reimbursements preferred.
