As an Account Manager on our agency sales team you will an individual contributor responsible for the development of new business within Advertising Agencies and Public Relations Firms. Travel will be necessary. Key Responsibilities Include: Meet or exceed quota by renewing a specific set of Advertising Agency and PR firm clients. Cross sell and upsell existing clients with new products and services. Manage annual review schedule (onboarding, mid year check in, renewal conversation) with clients and document all activities in salesforce.com. Position and differentiate products and services from the competition in order to maximize sales opportunities Work closely with your assigned Client Service Manager(s) to effectively service and manage your client base Onboard and manage all new clients, as sold by the Agency Sales Executives, in accordance with the annual review schedule. Work in conjunction with the sales and consumer strategist teams to effectively pitch and close accounts Accurately forecast (monthly and quarterly) Requirements: 4+ years successful transaction and solution selling experience Bachelors degree or equivalent required History of consistently surpassing sales goals Strong account management and closing skills Experience selling intangible products such as advisory services into the marketing organization within a company and/or experience calling into ad agencies or selling to consumer product and service companies Entrepreneurial, self-starting nature Strong computer proficiency, SalesForce.com knowledge a plus Highly motivated with an appreciation for a fast-paced environment Ability to travel For more information on other exciting opportunities, please visit http://www.executiveboard.com/careers/ CEB Iconoculture is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
