Overview:
Canon Business Process Services has an opening for a Project Manager, Facilities & Administration Services.for

a

fast-paced Client in Rockville, MD. This is a Fulltime permanent position that reports directly to a Senior Director. The Project Manager acts as the key liaison and on site representative for the client to insure that third party providers (including Landlord, the property services group and vendors) are delivering to contracted Service Level Agreements resulting in a high performing Corporate Facility and Administrative Services providing the highest level of client satisfaction.

You must have experience with the following:
Solid Project Management experience

Proven ability to oversee an outstanding facilities management operation

Effective and pleasant interactions with Executive-level personnel

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
Primary interface with client representatives. Collaborate to determine expectations, regularly follow up to insure overall satisfaction with the delivery of required FM services, both in terms of quality and timeliness

Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness and creativity in finding solutions for improved service delivery. Understand components and deliverables of all FM services agreements and provide recommendations and over site to address gaps and drive accountability to providers (including Landlord and property services group)

Insure that service providers for all major facilities operations, food service, janitorial, landscape, security and office services are properly managed by the property services group and are performing according to contracted SLA’s. Regularly meet with property services group to conduct facility reviews including site inspections

Review and report on service providers compliance with and completion of required building and infrastructure preventive maintenance (100% on time) and reactive work orders (95% on time)

Meet monthly with property services group to evaluate service performance, address site condition issues. Understand, review, monitor, and challenge if appropriate operating expense budgets and allocations. Provide recommendations to improve cost effectiveness

Periodically perform client satisfaction surveys, communicate and drive continuous improvement.

Manage/support any business specific facility related initiatives or projects

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications:
The incumbent in this position should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field

5-10 years Project Management experience in a Corporate /Officer and Senior

Executive Headquarters site to include Facilities & Administrative Sevices

Superior client and customer relationship management skills suited for a high touch,

Corporate Headquarters environment

Strategic thinker with strong implementation and change management understanding

Strong organizational skills and collaborative management style

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Publisher, etc.)

Attention to detail
