Occupational Therapists in the home health field provide treatment and assessment of homebound patients to help improve the daily activities of living for these patients. All treatments are in response to physician orders and therapists work with a team of nurses, aides, physical therapists and speech therapists.
Some Occupational Therapists employed by Camellia will be asked to supervise COTAs following state supervisory requirements.
All clinical positions are required to document care provided to patient on a company provided laptop computer with a point-of-care documentation software.
All OT positions with Camellia require a current OT license in the state of employment, at least one year of independent OT experience, and a current drivers license.
All Camellia positions require a clear background check, clear drug screen, and two satisfactory written references.
