The Position is for an experienced Team/ Production Lead operating in a Food Manufacturing plant. This person will work under the Production Supervisor, and will be responsible for making sure all departments are operating at full functionality. The Team Lead will also work closely with the Quality Assurance Manager to verify all internal processes and paperwork are completed and followed properly.The job will require the individual to have or gain knowledge in all departments within the facility. Those include, but will not be limited too: Bake Department, Packaging Department, Warehouse, Sanitation, Quality Assuarnce, Maintenance. The goal of this position is to train our Team Leaders to become supervisors, and teach them to operate and train within all departements listed above. This position is usually afforded the option for overtime work on the weekends leading smaller skelleton crews.
The following are Requirements for the Team Lead Position:-Must have Bakery experience (min. 5 years) -Having worked as a Mixer or Machine Operator in another plant -Having worked as a Packaging department Opertaor-Must have training in HACCP and GMP's-Must have experince in running Vertical or Horizontal Wrappers-Must have the Ability to lead and Train others-Must be wiling to put the Company 1st.-AIB or SQF training a benefit-Flexible schedule a bonus-Bilingual a bonus
