The Franchise Sales Associate is responsible for recruiting new franchisees to Brightway.

Duties & Responsibilities:
The Franchise Sales Associate is responsible for taking franchise candidates through the Brightway sales process, from first contact to signed franchise agreement. The sales process includes: effectively pitching Brightway’s value proposition, thoroughly reviewing the franchise contract and disclosure documents with a franchise candidate , facilitating a validation period for franchise candidates to meet with current franchisees and leadin g a Discovery Day at Brightway’s home office.
The typical sales cycle ranges between 2-3 months prior to closing. The position will be given ample marketing support to drive leads, however the Franchise Sales Associ ate will be held accountable to the sales success.

Compensation:
Base Salary plus Commission bonuses based on sales.

Specific Responsibilities:
  • Meet predetermined sales goals
  • Document all prospect conversations to ensure the flow of the sales cycle
  • Disseminate and explain Brightway’s F ranchise Disclosure Document
  • Facilitate validation with other Brightway franchisees and properly manage expectations
  • Lead a Discovery Day with franchise candidates, in conjunction with the Director of Franchise Development and Vice Chairman.
Traits:
Candidates for the position must be results oriented, demonstrate professionalism, exude a positive mental attitude, be team focused, demonstrate excellent communication skills and aggressively pursue all prospect opportunities.
Candidates must have a proven track record in complex sales. Experience in franchise sales is preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience is required. College degree is also preferred,
