Accounting & Reporting Manager
  • Oversee internal, external financial reporting
  • Responsible for the quarterly and annual financial reporting processes including identification and accounting treatment of significant transactions, adherence to deadlines, resolution of critical issues, overall management of accounting, and financial reporting issues
  • Prepare external financial statement in accordance with US GAAP on quarterly basis including all appropriate reclassifications and footnotes
  • Responsible for maintaining a strong internal controls process over financial reporting
  • Overall management of the audit process and resolution of critical issues
  • Management and review of the quarterly and annual reporting to debt and equity holders. Prepare quarterly compliance certificate as soon as internal f/s are completed.
  • Responsible for creating, researching and maintaining documentation related to accounting and financial reporting issues.
  • Formally evaluate current accounting guidance issued and document how it impacts Ameritox, or not.
  • Responsible for initial conclusion of financial reporting accounting issues
  • Assessment of unusual transactions to ensure appropriate accounting treatment.
  • Responsible for coordination and implementation of new accounting pronouncements
  • Responsible for Ameritox Holdings, Inc., SAHI and ATMI financial statements
  • Prepare supporting schedule for external cash flow statement each quarter
  • Conduct conference call with relevant legal counsel regarding status of litigation, claims and assessments and document in a memo each quarter.
  • On a monthly basis, ensure all equity schedules are up to date including unit vesting and new grants. Ensure distributions are appropriately tracked and classified to appropriate partner.
  • Oversight of 401k Audit Process
  • Tracking of costs incurred and recommendations to Senior Management regarding adequacy of self-insurance healthcare accrual
  • Oversight of Insurance Renewal Process
  • Scheduling and agenda development for pre-close meeting each month
  • Other related projects as assigned
