ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
o Primary focus is to generate sports training revenue during pre-opening sales campaign through membership sales.
o Effectively and efficiently prospect for pre-sales revenue through prospecting individuals, youth sports leagues and companies; cold calling; attending amateur sport events and networking events; becoming a member of chambers or other business networking groups; conducting professional meetings with potential clients; getting referrals, and creating a network that you are able to grow over time
o Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and athlete prospects through proactive communication including visits, phone calls, emails, events, etc.
o Anticipate, respond to, and resolve all complaints, requests, and inquiries from prospects and clients; handle difficult clients and situations in a calm and professional manner, ensuring that each prospect and client interaction results in increased D1loyalty.
o Ensure customer and prospect/client data and profile requirements are accurate and complete.
o Work closely with the Corporate Sales Manager to understand how we are selling, packaging and advertising our service so that we send a consistent message into the marketplace.
o Become an expert on all product offerings.

o Bachelor’s Degree
o Proven record of sales achievements
o Sales mentality; aggressive, persistent, low pressure
o Grassroots marketing experience
o Experience selling consumer service/product
o Familiarity with training athletes, their environment and needs
o General experience in gym or training facility
o Athletic background preferred
o Organized and detail oriented
o Proven ability to work as a team member
o Proficient written and verbal communication skills required
o Proficient computer skills required (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook)
o Strong customer services skills required
o Ability to work flexible hours
