Job Description:

We are seeking Fielding Coordinator. As a Fielding Coordinator you will provide total package fielding support to programs within the JPEO-CBD portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide total package fielding support to programs within the JPEO-CBD portfolio, which includes, but is not limited to, the following:
  • Supporting fielding IPTs
  • Updating support strategies, fielding documentation and provisioning plans
  • Developing and updating training material and user guides in preparation for transition of fielded systems
  • Conducting NET and refresher training to deploying forces, as required
  • Negotiating the fielding schedule with gaining commands and coordinating shipment of systems
  • Preparing issue documents and fielding reports
  • Maintaining an electronic library of contract deliverables and ensuring that the deliverable review process is completed monthly
  • Tracking and reporting the status on all Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) documentation (e.g., ILS Plans, Materiel Fielding Plans and Logistics Analyses)
  • Initiating and resolving Product Quality Deficiency Reports (PQDRs)
  • Conducting surveillance testing
  • Assessing reliability of fielded systems based on maintenance or field surveys
Level II Basic :
  • Successful completion of a full course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a Bachelor’s Degree
  • DAU Level II certification in Life Cycle Logistics, or the civilian equivalent
  • Five (5) years of general experience and three (3) years of experience in a program office or similar organization
Level II Preferred Skills/Experience:
  • Degree in Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related discipline
  • DoD CBRN Experience
  • Masters degree

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making capabilities
  • Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information
  • Ability to apply detailed knowledge of organizational procedures to make independent decisions and serve as a credible resource for a senior management team
  • Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
  • Excellent problem solving skills with ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems and recommend solutions
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
  • Ability to be flexible to handle multiple priorities and to work limited overtime as necessary
