This position requires a bachelor’s degree in HR management, business or public administration, management, industrial relations, or a closely related field and three years of recent and progressively more responsible HR work experience; or a bachelor’s degree in another field and five years of recent and progressively more responsible HR experience. A master’s degree may substitute for one year of the HR work experience requirement.
Must have a high degree of organizational, interpersonal, critical thinking, decision-making and time management skills; ability to accurately compile data and provide analysis; must have working knowledge and proficiency in all aspects of HR functions; must have demonstrated verbal, written, and active listening skills.
Certification as a PHR or SPHR is preferred.
Requires satisfactory completion of the interview process and a verifiable record of satisfactory performance in previous employment.

Summary of Work:
Responsible for day to day operational management of the human resources service area. Lead the planning, evaluation and recommendation of human resources strategic objectives that tie to and support bank-wide initiatives. Lead the process to develop accountability measures on a bank-wide basis; direct a succession planning process in coordination with the executive team; direct activities associated with recruitment, staffing, and organizational changes; lead the HR administration of HR policies and programs.
Position is M-F from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and may require extended working hours as needed.
