We are headquartered in Seattle, WA and looking for an Implementation Success Manager to join our growing team based out of the Southeast Region. Our new Implementation Success Manager will be responsible for maximizing client outcomes, value, and satisfaction. The success manager drives client utilization and adoption of best practices by developing implementation plans, evaluating client data, and consulting with clients. The success manager will also develop strategic interventions for clients whose implementation is not meeting expectations or who wish to expand into new programs.
In addition, the success manager will position the capabilities of Apex Learning solutions and promote proven implementation models during the pre-sales process.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Apex Learning solutions, implementation models and related best practices as well as key classroom trends.
Design client-facing implementation plans by conducting a needs analysis, determining program goals and objectives, learning about client resources, and considering timing.
Review progress against the implementation plan; consult with client as needed.
Identify risks to achieving stated client goals and develop a risk mitigation plan.
Proactively review data and visit schools to assess implementation quality and summarize findings for Apex Learning client-facing teams.
Proactively identify and prioritize accounts to focus efforts within the region based on perceived risk, potential growth, strategic value, and renewal timeframe.
Prescribe methods and actively coach clients to improve the implementation for struggling sites.
Identify and escalate growth opportunities and renewal risks.
Serve as an escalation point to facilitate the resolution of unexpected issues.
Support the pre-sales process by demonstrating credibility and high levels of expertise in sales meetings.
Deliver presentations at regional conferences, local events, and other functions.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university required, Master's degree in Instructional Technology preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience implementing digital curriculum solutions at a K12 school.
Minimum 2 years' experience in administration and instructional technology program coordination.
Ability to communicate persuasively and effectively both verbally and in writing across all levels of a district, from superintendent to teacher.
Proven effectiveness at leading and facilitating executive meetings and workshops.
Self-motivated, proactive individual who thrives on doing a job well, exhibits passion, enthusiasm, and a positive outlook.
Aptitude to stay current on industry and product trends and initiatives.
Confidence to identify and communicate implementation missteps with clients.
Ability to analyze client usage and performance data to make data-driven decisions.
Experience using Salesforce.com, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
70% travel required.
Regular and predictable attendance.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
Ability to pass a Social Security Administration E-Verify check for U.S. work authorization.
