Sales Manager is responsible for: managing accounts to achieve guest satisfaction; and ensuring all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded by soliciting past and new business. Requirements include: the ability to effectively communicate with guests in a friendly and positive manner; the ability to meet/exceed client needs; and resolve complaints; and knowledge of departmental interaction and organizational structure in a hospitality context. This position would be perfect for a sales person looking to take their career to the next level or entry level person with the ability to grow and learn quickly. Need ability and willingness to consistently make outside sales calls, telemarketing calls and site inspections weekly.

We are looking for a creative person who can find new businesses that will bring group and transient accounts in the doors. Knowledge of the local market and business environment are very important to the success of the right candidate since you will be an integral part of the hotel meeting top line revenue.
