We are currently seeking a Quality Systems Engineer to assure conformance to established procedures and requirements through the effective implementation of the Quality Management System Processes. Provide quality control support to all departments in the development and implementation of quality systems strategies and objectives.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Subject Matter Expert advisor to ensure the Quality Management System is maintained in a State of readiness to applicable agency regulations and directives.
Serves on cross functional teams consistent with company goals and objectives such as M!B’s and complaint investigations to improve overall compliance and quality system performance to established metrics and requirements.
Create, implement and monitor quality systems and compliance processes and procedures.
Monitor the status of assigned quality systems, providing periodic reports and status updates on the overall performance of the quality system to senior management.
Implement and maintain system access for all users within Stericycle.
Support Client Services in proofing client documents, and ensuring documents are complete and accurate.
Provide quality oversight on inspection processes, including document production, check inspection, and IVR verification.
Ensure data is properly entered into databases by performing random audits.
Review, evaluate and ensure all Stericycle and client quality commitments are being met on a regular basis.
Education equivalent to Bachelor’s degree required in a health care or quality field of study, or the equivalent in related work experience.
Two or more years of Quality Control experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, or the equivalent in related work experience.
Demonstrates excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
