Human Resource Business Partner-HUM0002011

Essential Functions:
•Make decisions based on general policies and procedures
•Facilitate and assist with implementing change management & organizational development activities
•Skill and proficiency in a wide range of HR practice areas
•Administer Talent Management process
•Counsel/coach leaders/employees on various matters
•Interviews applicants for salaried employment
•Lead in the preparation of data, and analyzing reports
•Interpret human resources management policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/related discipline or equivalent experience
•Masters degree preferred
•Strong interpersonal skills in facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution
•Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and work to plan
•Highly proficient analytical, organizational, and project management skills
•Excellent written and verbal communications skills
•Highly proficient use of HR Systems and Computer Software Application skills
