Conduct survey research interviews via telephone on various research projects. Record responses using Computer Assisted Interviewing Program (CATI) on WinCati following specific project-driven protocols and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have strong typing/10 key and Outlook skills.
Minimum Education Requirements
High School Diploma/GED
Minimum Knowledge/Skills Requirements
Intermediate Typing. Organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Intermediate Computer skills including MS Word. Typing 50 WPM. 10 key
Minimum Experience Requirements
1 year Experience doing public contact via telephone.
1 year Interviewing experience using CATI and CASES.
