Company DescriptionPrivately held Real Estate Company headquartered in the Louisville metro region with a diversified portfolio of industrial, office and retail real estate assets. We are presently looking to strengthen our leasing division with a qualified lease associate with proven ability to prospect, market and solidify relationships that leads to company's growthJob Responsibilities: The candidate will report to the managing director. You will be a key member of the leasing process. Responsibilities Maintain an accurate in depth knowledge of all aspects of the properties; to include all vacancies, small tenancy, major tenants, and lease expirations Show vacant space Cold call potential tenants and broker Communicate the features and benefits of the properties to brokers and prospects directly Inform supervisor of market conditions and marketplace feedback
Candidate must have extensive prior experience in commercial leasing Sales experience preferred Commercial leasing experience required Real estate license preferred Skilled at developing marketing strategies Strong communication skills with both internal and external customers and at all level within the organization Must be highly motivated self-starter with the ability to successfully maneuver within both corporate and entrepreneurial environments Must have strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast paced environment Must have persuasive presentation and negotiation skills Ability to read and understand commercial leasing documents Computer literacy is a must – especially Microsoft Excel, Microsoft WordCompensation: We offer an excellent compensation package, an exciting opportunity, and the chance to grow and develop with a well-capitalized entrepreneurial investment group.
