Join the Executive Talent Acquisition team that is powering Intel's vision to create and extend computing technology to connect and enrich the lives of every person on earth.

We are seeking an Executive Talent Advisor/Recruiter to be a consultant to our business groups and provide full lifecycle executive recruiting expertise to find, attract and hire the talent that will bring our vision to reality.

You will translate the business imperatives into executives' sourcing strategies that meet not only the current business need, but drive the creation of talent pipelines that will enable Intel to make a better future possible through our amazing technology solutions.

  • Consult with business group customers to deeply understand business strategies and talent needs.
  • Use labor market data and knowledge of talent pools to develop sourcing plans and strategies and translate this to a fact based recommendation to the hiring team, manager or internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct Lead Generation, Research and Sourcing of qualified candidates.
Influence hiring managers and biz groups on talent plans to support Intel's business needs.

  • A thirst for continuous learning and passion in recruiting and discovering and exploiting new candidate channels.

To excel at this role you will have:
  • 8+ years of executive / technical recruiting experience with a minimum of two of the years comprising full life-cycle recruitment.
  • A well-earned and verifiable reputation as an Executive recruiter.
  • Deep knowledge of the external environment, market trends, competitors, labor market and general talent availability.
  • The ability to conduct broad based Lead Generation/Research and Sourcing Capability to find great candidates.
  • A thirst for continuous learning and passion in recruiting and discovering and exploiting new candidate channels.
  • Robust experience using social media channels to engage and develop relationships with external candidates.
  • Sales and Marketing skills to sell Intel to active and passive candidates.
  • Ability to learn and quickly grasp new and emerging technical roadmaps that impact hiring and skills needed to supply the business with critical talent.
  • Effective communication skills to provide insight into the Intel business and culture, build a personalized relationship, provide timely follow up and feedback, assess fit, and be able to close the candidate with an accept of employment offer.
  • Ability to communicate internally with customers and partners with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy when dealing with both internal and external parties.
  • Established ability to persuade and influence in multiple settings. Knows how to leverage their staffing expertise to effectively engage with hiring manager.
  • Able to develop, plan, validate and drive an operational response to the hiring manager/business/department talent requirements.
  • Project management skills to identify, define, plan and execute local and regional staffing projects or hiring activities successfully, engaging stakeholders as appropriate.
  • The ability to collaborate in a team environment, considering as many viewpoints as possible
  • Proven agility and resourcefulness to effectively cope with ambiguous scenarios. Generates new ideas and creative solutions to problems while meeting deliverables. Demonstrate agility and flexibility; embraces change; self develops. Ability to work in a self-directed environment.
