Since 1968, American Orthodontics (AO) has been manufacturing products in Sheboygan, Wisconsin for the orthodontic specialist.

Due to our tremendous growth, we are seeking a Product Manager.
This position contributes directly to the global product marketing strategy of American Orthodontics. Candidates must demonstrate their ability to both lead and be a strong contributor to the product development process within the organization; they must be a passionate advocate for the orthodontist; and they must be a champion for product innovation.
The Product Manager will represent several orthodontic product lines and will support a direct sales force in North America as well as subsidiaries and distributors around the world. Working closely with the Vice President of Marketing and other Product Managers, this candidate will be responsible for the following:
o Development and execution of product portfolio strategies including pricing, promotional activity, and life cycle management
o Development and execution of product innovation and launch plans across all distribution channels
o Training and continuous education of internal and external customers
o Industry trend and competitive product analysis
o Development of 3 and 5 year strategic product category plans
o Assembly of effective advertising and promotional material for product launch/support
o Leading cross functional teams using Internal Product Development System while capturing required Quality and Regulatory information for proper Device History File assembly
o Building and maintaining relationships with key leaders who can be utilized to validate and support new and existing product offerings
o Developing and executing short-term and long-term product, price and promotional strategies to drive category growth
Candidates for this position must demonstrate the ability to develop new ideas for both product and promotional activities. This candidate must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.
A Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing and two years professional experience in product management is preferred. Candidate must be willing to relocate, if necessary, to the corporate office based in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. A relocation package is available. A generous benefits package is also available.
