Equipment Development Engineer (Intern)




Job Description: Responsibilities may be quite diverse of an exempt technical nature. U.S. experience and education requirements will vary significantly depending on the unique needs of the job. Job assignments are usually for the summer or for short periods during breaks from school.


Ideally candidates should be a graduated senior or graduate student starting or currently enrolled a Master's/PhD program in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering with a GPA of 3.0 or better.

Additional qualifications include:
  • Prefer previous semiconductor manufacturing experience
  • expert knowledge of Excel, Power Point and database tools are required.
  • Very good communication capability
  • The minimum internship period is three months
  • Must have the unrestricted right to work in the US without requiring sponsorship
Additional qualifications include:
  • Experience in FMEA and FTA
  • Familiarity with SEMI equipment performance standards
  • Proven problem solving skills
  • Proven project management skills
  • Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and GD&T
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
