Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide full range of Project Management services including: design, planning, coordination, construction schedules, contract documents,and close-out for complex renovations, alterations, and building maintenance projects. Participate and provide leadership to department Project Management Group. Planning/Design/Implementation of the day-to-day operation of Construction Project Department Trade Shops. Qualifications:
Minimum five (5) years of previous project management experience in large, complex healthcare settings. Must have strong organization skills.Â Must be able to independently set priorities and handle deadlines and manage conflicting demands with limited supervision.Â Demonstrated expert user with Microsoft office and various project management software programs. Strong background in hospital architectural design and construction, plus knowledge and experience in dealing with OSHPD. Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs. Have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.Â Possess the personal characteristics of professionalism, credibility, commitment to high standards, innovation, discriminating judgment and accountability. Experience working in an academic medical center environment.
