We are currently seeking an accomplished Senior Business Systems Analyst to be part of the company's product design and development group. This individual plays a critical role in evolving ADP's decision support applications, working in collaboration across ADP's constituencies (internal development team, operations, sales, and clients).
Works with (internal/external) customers to discover/document end user requirements
Provides operational support in translating clients' custom business needs into technical requirements
Creates and maintains functional and technical documentation (workflow, functional requirements, prototypes, use cases, function requirements and detailed specifications)
Manages development projects, collaborating with development team to gather estimates, finalize design, review requirements and manage development progress
Develops test plans/scripts, manages acceptance testing and documents acceptance testing results
Manages product change requests for improvement and bug fixes
Documents system capabilities and features for training and user manuals
Experience, Skills, Academic:
Minimum of five years as a business systems analyst developing Web-based applications
Demonstrated experience with contemporary SDLC processes, including use of case development, prototyping, and requirements design, ideally in an agile environment
Skilled at translating user needs to effective technical requirements documents
Strong project management, analytical and communication skills
Experience designing and implementing Web application QA methodologies
Working knowledge of HTML, XML and Web development technologies
Experience designing applications with complex relational databases
Experience creating wireframes and concept workflow documents
BA/BS or equivalent
Additional Skills Desired:
Experience in the health care / health and welfare industry, preferably with the employee benefits community
Prior experience helping develop Web 2.0 / rich internet applications

The position will report to the Senior Director of Decision Support Technology. It requires limited travel.
