Product Data Services maintains security data for the firm across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities for this role include:
Providing excellent client service accurately and timely in regard to financial instrument product knowledge and query response time
Accountability to provide consistently high level of data reconciliation, achieved by continual research, comparing and cleansing of product data versus various vendor sources and internal databases.
Requirements include:
The creation and/or enhancement of existing automation mechanisms for processing data through access, excel and electronic coding using SQL and or Macros.
All coding responsibilities to be performed for daily adds, updates and deletions of securities defined in the requirements.
Responsible to oversee/monitor day to day product data maintenance activities to support data in BAS and BANA platforms (ICI and Intrader). Exception Inboxes and Queues will be monitored to ensure all errors are cleared daily.
Ensuring data is maintained accurately and client requests are met within established SLA's.
Must serve as liaison with internal clients/vendors to address/support any type of data challenge and possess understanding of systems and business flow for the product lines covered.
Must demonstrate sound judgment, solid problem solving through effective resource utilization. Representatives will ensure data integrity and quality control routines are being maintained through various reconciliation efforts.

Broad Product Data knowledge
Broad Vendor based knowledge (Bloomberg)
Desktop skills in Access, Excel
Communicative, written and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well in team environment
