Manages the sale of products in a smaller specified region or other geographic area to prospective, new and/or existing clients and accounts through Financial Service representatives to develop and retain long-term and profitable customer relationships.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and retain customer relationships and provide sales coaching, developing product sales tools necessary.
Establishes and administers daily, weekly and monthly sales activities and goals while providing continuous sales leadership.
Supervises subordinate staff including: hiring recommendations; determining workload and delegating assignments; training (I.E., audits, compliance, etc.), monitoring and evaluating performance; and initiating corrective and disciplinary actions to include terminations.
Additional responsibilities as assigned by Leadership.
2-4 years experience required; 4-6 years experience preferred; Sales mgmt experience, 3+ yrs of high sales required for consideration
Bachelors Degree required; Masters preferred
Accurate typing, spelling and grammar skills. Proficient with applicable computer software. Good written and oral communication skills. Good organizational and customer service skills. General banking/operations. Ability to manage others and offer coaching and direction setting related to performance. Excellent consultative sales and cross-selling skills.
