Duties: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ensuring the overall operation of the center and the satisfaction of its clients and the wellbeing of its employees.
Demonstrate strong sales, administrative and organizational skills
Can articulate key selling points, benefits and features while meeting customer needs and expectations
Results oriented with a proven track record
Client relationship management - educating clients on products, services and programs, as well as ensuring all client benefits are honored.
Achieving monthly receivables goals.
Upgrading client programs to meet client and Company goals.
Accountable for the overall budget and financial success of the center
Maintaining adherence to all policies, procedures and standards as set forth by the Company.
Qualifications: Ideal candidates possess the following:
Minimum two years management/supervisory experience
Minimum two years in customer service environment
Minimum two years of experience in inside/outside sales
University degree with a major in business or equivalent work experience
At least one year experience with Profit and Loss statements
