Position Description:
The contractor shall provide support for analysis of projected process improvement opportunities for future implementation. This activity will include analysis comparing current activities versus future state proposals. The activities under this sub-task include, but are not limited to the following:
Design and test a flexible and completely populated electronic modeling tool to support implementation of processes and system integration with technology supporting compliance activities.
Perform workflow mapping and supporting documentation to identify anticipated gaps between as-is (current) and to-be (future) treatments to address false or fraudulent returns and develop recommendations for alternative methods.
Develop recommendations for tools to adapt existing applications, as well as those under development, to meet mandates from legislative, regulatory, or policy decisions.
Develop proposals for high-level future technology requirements for process and efficiency improvements in relation to technical constraints of current systems.
Develop recommendations to manage system integration of new processes with partner organizations and business units for processes relating to the detection, resolution, and prevention of erroneous refunds.
Develop a multi-year plan to address program priorities and risk assessments for implementation of improvement activities and technology solutions.

Required Skills :
This is an entry level position:
Assists in functional and IT analysis, design, development, integration, documentation, and implementation assistance on problems which require a thorough knowledge of the related technical subject matter for effective system deployment.
Participates in all phases of systems development.
Assists in applying principles and methods of the functional area to difficult problems in technical areas to arrive at automated solutions.
Designs and prepares technical reports and related documentation, and makes charts and graphs to record results. Must be able to perform with limited supervision.
Prepares and delivers presentations and briefings as required by the task order. Performs as a member of a team.

Education Requirement :
Bachelors' degree at minimum.

Clearance Requirements :
Ability to obtain approved background clearance at the Moderate level
