Job Description
Masco Contractor Services has an immediate opening for an Internal Communications Manager in Daytona Beach at the home office. This role will lead the delivery of internal communication processes and services to the organization through a variety of mediums, activities, celebrations, and events that support the exchange of business information and the reinforcement of organizational values to the employee population. This position will be responsible for partnering with leadership to develop and deliver the strategic and tactical communication plans. In addition, the Communications Manager will lead organizational efforts in the development of communication systems and processes that provide a variety of methods for disseminating information to employees in traditional and non-traditional ways.

Requirements
This position requires a solid background in Communications with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role, proven project management experience, ability to provide consultation to various stakeholders, knowledge of communication channels and experience with social media, must be action oriented, creative and continuous-improvement minded, strong understanding of change management and communications best practices, and a degree preferred in communications, marketing, journalism, or related field.
