Description

Candidates will:
  • Serve as a liaison between medical director and other Clinical Staff
  • Hire, train, supervise and evaluate Clinic Assistants and adhere to Women’s Programs
  • Coordinate scheduling
  • Maintain health standards for clinical personnel
  • Implement billing changes
  • Maintain program forms, literature, brochures, to current standards
  • Purchase medical supplies, medications and equipment
  • Maintain quarterly medical inventory, storage areas, and emergency kit
  • Arrange for routine equipment servicing
  • Meet with vendors to assess new product or changes to clinic systems

QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements Candidates must have:
  • College Degree
  • Certification as a Medical Assistant
  • 3 Years Supervisory Experience
  • Strong knowledge of medical systems and Medi-Cal
  • Knowledge Title X and Title XXII
  • Familiarity with EAPC funding and HIPPA Compliance Measures
