In-House Sales Trainer
2+ years in Frontline & In-House Timeshare Sales Experience, 1 year managing, Accomplished President Club, Wyndham Owner
Responsible for conducting sales training of the Waikiki In-House sales force. Delivers critical/necessary Wyndham Vacation Resorts approved training and development by prescribed delivery methods to maintain defined objectives (sales process, compliance, etc.).
Conducts Sales Orientation training sessions for all new and rehired sales representatives. Focus is on product knowledge, effective sales strategies, customer service, quality, compliance and productivity. Keeps Regional and Site Sales Leaders informed of progress during training.
Conducts periodic skill assessments of new and veteran Sales Representatives and reports training needs to Regional and Site Sales Leaders.
Analyzes employee feedback and performance data, to measure, identify and eliminate performance gaps, and to coordinate the deployment of area-wide training workshops.
Conduct supplemental training sessions - travel to sales offices of all of Hawaii to provide additional training and assistance.
Arrange for and maintain adequate materials to conduct training courses
Strategic Needs Analysis: Diagnose performance improvement goals for individuals/groups; recommend appropriate performance improvement and solutions such as training programs.
Project Management: Plan and manage implementation for individual/group performance improvement solution.
Instructional Delivery: Facilitate training program/process through presenting and directing structured learning.
Professional Development: Maintain and enhance expertise in accordance with agreed-upon development plan.
Act as a T/O (time permitting) when working on site
Execute the Regions Mentor Program with select sales professionals
Regional Director of Sales Training & Site Leaders, with necessary reporting structures to pro-actively address the sites on-going action plan to maximize training and retention effectiveness on a daily basis.

LICENSES, CERTIFICATES AND REGISTRATIONS: Must possess a current/valid Hawaii or real estate license.
College Degree Preferred
3 years Current or Previous Wyndham Vacation Resorts Frontline sales Experience
President's Club Winner Preferred
Previous Sales management Experience with Wyndham Vacation Resorts Preferred
Currently a Wyndham Vacation Owner / Timeshare Owner Preferred
