Responsible to provide a high level of internal customer service support by managing the Recruiting Manager Support e-mail box – provide professional and timely response to manager and recruiter inquiries/questions. Create Requisitions in HR Express at Manager request – follow up to resolve questions/issues.
Ability to perform standard and routine assignments independently to completion with little supervision.
Strong attention to detail with ability to problem solve to solution.
Work collaboratively as a part of a team and also independently.
Display the flexibility to learn new functions to assist the department to become agile.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe.
PeopleSoft a plus.
