OHL is currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of Senior Implementation Analyst. This position is responsible for the configuration, implementation, and on-going support for transportation management clients using any one of the company’s Transportation Management System. To accomplish this, the job entails application configuration and maintenance activities, analysis and design, testing, implementation and documentation. This person will focus on both tactical and strategic project requests as directed. The additional duties of this position will include:
  • Configure our TMS by loading rate structures and build the necessary workflows
  • Train users on the application for client startups/implementations
  • Coordinate integration efforts into and out of the TMS
  • Aide operations and finance teams in defining needed reports
  • Assist in the design, testing, deployment and maintenance of programs external to TMS
  • Provide post-implementation support to end users, executives and clients
  • Perform analysis at the request of business partners
  • Handle the freight payment functionality within the TMS team
  • Deep understand of Transportation rating and Process
  • A thorough understanding OTM/GC3
  • A familiarity with EDI and how companies use it
  • A working knowledge of Unix and Linux.
  • The ability to gather user requirements for reports and processes
  • Microsoft Office
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Data Manipulation in Excel and/or Access
  • Travel up to 50% Knowledge of the transportation industry/Transportation Management Systems

  • Knowledge of the warehousing industry/Warehouse Management Systems
  • XML and XSL
  • Microsoft .NET experience
  • Training
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in computer science, management of information systems, business administration or related area required
  • A total of two (2) years combined education and experience in process and systems implementation.
  • TMS implementation experience required
  • Experience with transportation management, warehouse management, or other supply chain application systems strongly preferred
  • Understanding of workflow preferred
  • Strong analytic and organizational skills required
  • Experience with project teams required
  • Must possess strong oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team environment
  • The OHL’s Information Technology management has the right to deem a candidate qualified for this position if that person has had one or more years experience in an equivalent position
