Minimum Requirement - Primary Education :
Graduate of a college of university with a bachelor's degree.
Minimum Requirement - Primary Experience :
Must have two years of professional experience in a health/human services program or two years of experience in inspection/investigative work or a combination of both.
Education Substitution :
Additional professional training in health services, human services, social work or a related field will substitute for the experience on a year for year basis.
Experience Substitution :
Additional experience in the above fields will substitute for the required college on a year for year basis.
Special Requirements :
Description of Job Duties
Performs duties as part of a surveyor team in providing for the inspection of health care facilities and enforcement of laws and regulations.
