As part of a fast paced, global treasury team, the successful candidate will provide effective & responsive executive assistance to one or more senior leaders and related work teams.
Provide effective and responsive administrative support/services to a senior GE Treasury executive and his/her team in day-to-day business activities
Develop PowerPoint presentations (pitches) and other graphic presentations, type letters and other correspondence.
Effectively maintain and coordinate calendars; schedule appointments, interviews and meetings; arrange travel schedules.
Process and reconcile T&L expense accounts and AP invoices.
Schedule, plan, and organize all logistical details for in-house and off-site meetings.
Backup support to other administrative assistants.
Develop and maintain customer and business contact lists.
High School Diploma or GED and minimum 3 years of related work experience (providing administrative support to senior managers) in a corporate environment at a senior contributor level.
Experience office management & current computer/office communications technologies.
Flexibility to work extended hours as business circumstances dictate.

Experience supporting multiple Executives simultaneously
Experience working within Financial Services or Banking-related field.
Proficient level at current version of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook; some familiarity with Excel.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to draft clear and concise memoranda.
Self-starter, proactive, able to work independently with minimal direction within non-structured, fast-paced, challenging work environment; discrete.
Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities including follow through skills.
Ability to work effectively both within a team and independently.
High level of integrity; maintenance of confidentiality of sensitive data.
Ability to thrive under pressure and willingness to handle significant workload.
Maintain the highest level of internal and external customer service.
Knowledge of GE policies/procedures.
