Overview Reports directly to DSM Maintains dual responsibility of Manager and Trainer: 35% Manager, 65% Trainer Coordinates training of management and leadership skills and is primary instructor (as well as having flexibility to utilize all available resources - i.e.RLPR for presenting program materials) Commits to remain in the position for a minimum of 2 years (to provide stability, consistency and quality) unless the needs of the business dictate otherwise. Required Qualifications:
Requirements: At least 2 years experience as a Store Manager Foundational and Core complete Proven strong performer Works well within specified timelines Excellent organizational skills Excellent communication skills Professional manner Proven ability to develop staff Detail oriented Ability to interact effectively with various levels of the organization Enthusiastic; promotes CVS core values Excellent administrative skills Proven ability to coach and counsel to improve performance Manages own and others' time effectively Delegates and follows up effectively Comfortable sharing ideas in a group setting Preferred Qualifications:
