The Enterprise Holdings, Inc. Corporate Parent Accounting department is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Accounts Payable Coordinator! This person will be responsible for processing basic accounting transactions and performing various administrative tasks for various Corporate Groups.

Responsibilities:
Utilize the PeopleSoft A/P application to pay vendor invoices timely and accurately

Set up vendors in the PeopleSoft A/P application; collect and enter W-9 information

Process journal entries for corrections and group billings

Scan, mail, file and copy vendor invoices; make calls to vendors

Assist in the 1099 process

Respond to inquiries and answer billing questions within 24 hours

Collect/distribute pooled funds from/to Groups

Assist Area Accountants with some of their daily tasks

Train new Accounts Payable Coordinators

Identify cost savings opportunities and process efficiencies

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED; college accounting coursework a plus

Minimum one year of accounting experience in a large corporate setting

PeopleSoft experience a plus

Intermediate knowledge of Excel required

Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship from our company now or in the future
