We currently have a vacancy for a Customer Service Consultant to join our team. As a Customer Service Consultant you will be responsible for handling incoming queries from clients and colleagues in relation to quotes, new business covers and existing policies. We also focus strongly on retention of existing customers, so negotiation and sales skills are a must.
Responsibilities Include:
Provide solutions to existing Client and Dealer enquiries within a call centre environment;
• Quote and issue new covers for our insurance products;
• Manage day to day workload and meet team deadlines;
• Achieve designated targets and goals as a member of a team;
• Assist in the retention of existing customers via inbound and outbound calls;
• Communicate openly with Management and Team Members.
It is essential that the successful candidate demonstrates outstanding sales and customer service skills, ideally in an insurance environment.
Qualifications
The successful applicant will require the following skills:
High level of self motivation;
• Excellent attention to detail & accuracy;
• Ability to prioritise workloads & work to deadlines;
• Strong client focus;
• Focus on quote conversion, new business sales and customer retention;
• Displays willingness to learn and puts skills into practice promptly.
