Primary Responsibilities Include:

Support Land Rover Marketing in managing marketing digital communications and analytics for new & Certified Pre-Owned vehicles at the National, Regional & Retailer levels. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Support management in the development of communication deliverables for National & Regional digital marketing including:
  • National & Regional Website support (Desktop and Mobile)
  • Digital creative such as search engine marketing (SEM) and online advertising (display, video, mobile, social)
  • Support/assist in managing Social Media Communications Content Calendar for Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Google +, Tumblr, Pinterest, and Instagram
  • Support management in the development of communication deliverables for Retailers and Certified Pre-Owned Marketing
  • Retailer Websites (Desktop and Mobile)
  • Development of SEM and digital creative assets for Retailers
  • Development of social strategy for Retailers
  • Manage eNewsletter and e-mail campaigns
  • Support analytics for lead management and reporting
  • Agency contact for relevant projects
  • This role is critical in the development of high-quality, on brand advertising assets to support Digital Marketing in National and Regional as well as social media content. It will also support a second manager that is responsible for Retailer digital and Certified Pre-Owned creative. Lastly, the Communications Specialist will ensure major programs across channels are tracked and measured against goals. It will be the responsibility of this role to curate and disseminate data to the Marketing team each week.

    Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

    • Digital Marketing/Advertising process, production and implementation
    • Some multi-channel media experience including interactive, direct marketing, lead management, point of sale
    • Social Media knowledge
    • Budget management
    • Strong communication & organization skills
    • Self starter – ability to drive programs forward on time and on budget
    • Flexibility to adapt to an ever changing environment
    • Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) & other business software
    • Knowledge of Automotive industry & specifically Automotive Marketing
    • Knowledge of Digital Media Planning Strategy
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and agencies at the same time

    • BA degree required, concentration in Business or Marketing or Communications preferred.
    • 3+ years of work experience preferred
    • 3+ years of Automotive, marketing, advertising or agency experience preferred
