Our client seeks a part-time (3 days/week) CPA/office manager to:

*Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements & presentations for senior management using Powerpoint
*Assist with coding & inputing invoices into accounting system for payment
*Reconcile general ledger accounts & assist with month end close
*Maintain inventory & costing records for off-site manufacturing facility
*Prepare documents in Word as needed Requirements: Qualified applicants must possess a minimum of:

*4 or more years of combined accounting & office administration experience
*strong MS Word, Powerpoint & general accounting skills
*Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
*detail-oriented
