Work with District personnel on projects to optimize production, minimize lease operating expenses, design, install and trouble shoot production facilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
• Design, install, maintain and trouble shoot gas lift wells
• Design, install, maintain and trouble shoot plunger lift wells
• Design, install, maintain and trouble shoot saltwater disposal wells and facilities
• Design, install, maintain and trouble shoot compression facilities
• Maintain both professional and technical knowledge and expertise as well as stay current on all industry-related innovations
• Performs production monitoring, production forecasting, production enhancement
• Assist in production chemical program as needed
• Control movement of tubular/equipment and report to accounting for transfers
• Perform NORM readings on any equipment prior to moving or selling
• Work with vendors on equipment standardization and quality control
• Collect and supply initial field data from field to Safety Department for proper permitting issues
• Work with each Production Foreman and collect data required to keep our SPCC Plan current
• Meet with LDEQ for yearly site inspections

Education and/or Experience
• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
• 5 – 8 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Basic computer skills with Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Visio
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
: Valid Driver’s License
