Diversity Staffing manages on-site hiring events throughout the year at various Intel locations and also participates in annual National Conferences (SWE, SHPE, NSBE, etc). These events are focused on connecting Hiring Managers with qualified diverse candidates and help Business Groups meet their hiring goals.
Responsible for coordinating all Human Resources Diversity Event logistics. Booking Interview rooms, working with vendors, dinner/networking event, lunch, and overall logistics.
Lead the candidate management process, coordinating invitation to events, tracking of candidates' acceptance, working with vendor for candidates travel, interview schedules.
Worked closely with Hiring Managers, preparing their interview packets.
Responsible to create candidate interview packets (after interviews) and make sure candidate got disposition or offers get released on time.
Availability to travel is completely required
Strong verbal & written communication.
Experience with Excel spreadsheets.
Flexible schedule & ability to travel (2-3 days a week every 2 weeks or as needed).
Able to multitask & work under pressure.
Nice to have skills: Familiarity with HR systems (Taleo, Geni, Offer Tool).
