The Customer Service Associate will be essential in the support of the Sales Department. Their key responsibilities will include providing support to the department by ensuring that data and customer information is accurate in the computer system, being responsible for updating and distributing necessary reports to the department, and coordinating customer visits and sales events throughout the year. The successful candidate will have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and effectively managed their workload to ensure all deadlines are met.
High school degree or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with internal and external customers
Demonstrated software application skills specifically in Word and Excel
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Administrative and data entry skills (filing, organization, etc)
Ability to complete projects and responsibilities with a high degree of accuracy
