Cyber Threat Vector Analyst-01130121
Maintain responsibility for ensuring successful delivery of written cyber threat assessments to be used by the IC, COCOM network defenders, and COCOM exercise development staff. Perform inquiry based on all-source reporting analysis, intelligence community input, and Cyber threat vector decision analysis model. Perform in-depth analysis, consolidation, and reporting of cyber threats of interest, including incorporate malware and forensics details into analytic products, lead working group sessions to assess the cyber threats from multiple perspectives, participate in and lead working groups in order to incorporate cyber threat preferences for future iterations of the decision model, and ensure decision model is fully functioning and produces results consistent with threat assessments. Maintain responsibility for ensuring that model output and analytic products are appropriately integrated with the exercise development life cycle and are consistent with the needs of COCOM network defenders.
-5+ years of experience with performing cyber threat analysis, forensics analysis, Information Assurance analysis, or red team penetration testing against computer networks
-3+ years of experience with consolidating analysis and modeling analytic results using advanced analytic techniques
-2+ years of experience with writing and publishing analysis and client-ready deliverables
-1+ years of experience with managing projects, leading working groups, and directly interfacing with client and staff
-Experience with performing data gathering from multiple data sets and consolidating results into analytic models
-TS/SCI clearance required
-BA or BS degree in Intelligence Analysis, IT, CS, Information Systems, Cyber Security, Mathematics, and Information Assurance
-Knowledge of Information Assurance, Network Security, Network Engineering, or Enterprise Information Technology
-Ability to analyze cyber network events and determine their impact on current operations through all-source intelligence
-Possession of any of the following Certifications, including Security+, Net+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certificate in Cyber security, SEC+ or related Certifications
-MA or MS degree in CS, Information Systems, Information Security, Information Security Management, Information Security Policy and Management, Intelligence Studies and Analysis, Strategic Intelligence, Cyber Intelligence, or a related field
