The Automobile Club of Missouri is seeking a Fleet Manager. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties:
Manages automotive service fleet operations for all territories, including those outsourced to this company. The function of fleet operations is to assist motorists who have need of roadside assistance and specialized automotive assistance such as battery replacement service.
Under general direction, performs the traditional roles of a manager including planning, decision making, organizing, staffing, communicating, and controlling.
Responsible for achieving departmental objectives and managing resources so as to maintain favorable revenue to expense ratios.
Essential Job Requirements:
BS/BA or four to ten years equivalent of education and work related experience and or training in the Fleet Management/Automotive environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills coupled with proven leadership background.
Ability to motivate a team to accomplish organizational goals and objectives.
Service oriented, PC literate in a Microsoft desktop environment..
