May perform one or more of the following duties: Manages all activities associated with outbound calls made to potential customers.

Ensures productivity meets or exceeds standards.

Develops and implements sales objectives and strategies to grow the organization''s business.

Develops implements and improves processes through identification of operational, sales, and technological change that are having an impact on customer satisfaction and contact center efficiency.

All other duties as assigned.

Experience to include but not limited to:
Leadership experience required, proven ability to guide a team in an inside sales or customer service environment
  • Ability to deliver coaching, feedback, performance reviews, etc. in a positive, constructive manner
  • Able to have potentially difficult conversations with employees in a constructive manner
  • Proven ability to lead a team required to meet KPIs surrounding quality and productivity.
  • Understands how to interact professionally with clients on a day to daily basis
  • Experience doing quality reviews and following quality program guidelines preferred
  • Pharmaceutical/medical device/healthcare experience preferred (not required)
  • College degree required
